THE COMMITMENT OF PATALYA LAKESIDE RESORT HOTEL TO OUR GUESTS DURING THE DAYS WE FIGHT AGAINST CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19)

As always, the safety and security of our guests and team members remains our top priority. Due to developments around the new Coronavirus (COVID-19), we are doing everything we can to ensure travel security and offer maximum flexibility.

PATALYA LAKESIDE RESORT HOTEL IS AN ESTABLISHMENT OF BAŞKENT UNIVERSITY, WHICH IS ONE OF THE AUTHORITIES OF THE INTERNATIONAL HEALTH INSTITUTION.
As it is a physical therapy and rehabilitation center with accommodation, we have doctors and nurses 24 hours a day. PATALYA LAKESIDE RESORT HOTEL, which currently uses hospital-grade cleaning products and upgraded protocols, improving the already high housekeeping, food and beverage, hygiene standards and implements the hygiene instructions of Başkent University and Hospital and thus, ensures a healthy and safe stay for our valued guests.

WHAT ARE WE DOING ABOUT OUR HYGIENE PROCEDURES?

• The cleaning frequency of common areas has been increased.
• The gyms have been disinfected within the scope of Covid - 19 and are being recorded on an ongoing basis.
• Paper materials have been removed from the rooms. (Like notepads and guest guides)
• Improved cleaning of buffets, in-room dining, and meeting areas and other changes have been carried out.
• Sterilization is carried out regularly with ULV machines for the hygiene of surfaces and goods.
• The cleanliness and hygiene of the pool water, the pool itself and pool surroundings are provided at a high level.
• Chlorine level is kept between 1-3 ppm in outdoor pools and 1-1.5 ppm in indoor pools. Followability records of periodic measurements are kept.
• Our current food safety practices in all areas where we provide food and beverage services have been completed.
• All national and international authorities related to the subject, especially the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Turkey, are followed uninterruptedly and in-house information is provided.
• Safe social distance arrangements have been made in common areas.
• At the reception, masks are provided to guests without masks, and alcohol-based hand antiseptics and disinfectants are available.
• Hand sanitizers are available in common areas.
• Rooms are cleaned and disinfected after Check-out, ventilated for at least 3 hours, and left empty for 24 hours.
• The air conditioning and ventilation systems in the rooms have been maintained, the filters have been changed, and they are checked and recorded at regular intervals.
• Our personnel have a hygiene training certificate. In addition, health checks of our personnel are made, masks, gloves and protective equipment are used, and their temperatures are measured and recorded at each entrance and exit.
• Textile products such as sheets and towels are washed with special detergents at 60 – 90 degrees and are ironed assuredly.
• Considering the health of our valued guests and employees, we take our highest level of hygiene measures and ensure their continuity. We thank you for your trust, support and understanding, and wish you a healthy day.
